Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Shuang-Bang recognizes that merely complying with regulatory requirements is not sufficient to fully safeguard the safety and health of employees and related personnel. In alignment with our commitment to corporate social responsibility and our pursuit of a strong occupational safety culture, the Company proactively implemented the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System in 2024. In 2025, Yongxing Plant and Renhe Plant successfully completed initial third‑party certification and obtained ISO 45001:2018 certificates, confirming that the management system meets international standards and that a continuous improvement mechanism has been established to enhance overall occupational health and safety performance. Other sites—including the Taipei Office, Nangang Plant, and employee dormitories—have not undergone certification but continue to operate under the Company’s existing safety and health management system. The Company will continue to evaluate the feasibility of expanding the certification scope in the future based on operational needs.
