光啟始劑
光啟始劑是化學化合物當暴露於光的時候，分解成自由基。在工業中，光啟始劑主要用於促進聚合反應。除了光啟始劑的特殊配方樹脂和吸附從紫外線的高強度UV光固化儀器後，樹脂將產生自由基或離子，這將引發聚合，交聯和接枝反應。樹脂（UV塗料，油墨，粘合劑等）可在幾秒鐘內從液體轉移到固體。
