高分子

01油性樹脂

由聚酯多元醇、鍊延長劑及異氰酸酯於溶劑中聚合而成。依據產品特性可搭配不同的聚多元醇及適當的添加劑,使此類樹脂具有各種優良的功能性,如耐磨、防水、透濕、抗靜電、抗菌防黴、穿著舒適等特性。

【透濕型】
● 適用範圍: 各種戶外運動用品及成衣塗佈加工。

【低透濕型】
● 適用範圍: 特殊紙類貼合,成衣防水層,皮革/家具貼合。

02水性樹脂

由於近年來環保意識抬頭,双邦致力於研究並成功開發水性PU樹脂。相對於傳統溶劑型PU樹脂,水性PU樹脂不使用溶劑,其物性與傳統溶劑型PU樹脂相仿,且不會對環境造成汙染。
● 適用範圍: 仿皮革紡織品、皮革接著劑

03PU發泡樹脂

兩液型發泡PU,是由isocyanate(末端帶有NCO)與polyol(末端帶有-NH2),進行的合成反應。依照不同的物性要求例如: 發泡密度、回復彈性、操作時間、硬度…等等不同的要求會加入不同比例的short chain diol or diamine、催化劑、抗回黏劑、水…等。由於此程序反應過程非常快速,通常1~30分鐘內即可完成反應及發泡成長程序,而發泡體的最終性質會在1~2天內達到。
● 適用範圍: PU發泡輪、坐墊、扶手,及各種鞋類的大底、中插、鞋墊。
● 優勢: 彈性佳、耐磨性佳、耐水解、壓縮回復力佳、重量輕。

04聚酯多元醇

聚酯多元醇是二元酸及二元醇經縮合作用後而得,除了形成含酯類的長鏈外,末端基團仍需具有羥基(-OH),所以在縮合反應時,醇類必需過量 5~20%,且得視最後所欲取得的分子量或當量來設定多元酸及多元醇之比例。聚酯多元醇在結構上有極頻繁的酯基出現,能使PU產品的剛性、熱穩定性、透氣率、抗油性以及黏著性,比聚醚多元醇之產品特性佳。
● 適用範圍: PU樹脂、接著劑、發泡體及彈性體。
● 取決於Polyols的選擇及應用,當選用各種Polyols作為PU配方時,應明瞭各Polyols之結構,以考慮其反應狀況及觸媒、添加劑的選擇及應用,將決定所形成PU之高分子形態結構(Morphology)及特性。

05聚氨酯預聚體 / 聚氨脂彈性體

聚氨脂彈性體為寡聚物分子鍊兩端加上活性的異氰酸酯(-NCO)的官能基,於灌注時再與雙胺類(-NH2)、雙醇類(-OH)等分子混合時,產生高分子量的聚氨酯;透過灌注設備或模具的使用,可以大量製作灌注品,如工業滾輪、滑輪、直排輪、PU跑道、屋頂防水、填縫施工等。
双邦自行研發的預聚體/彈性體,其性能介於橡膠與塑膠之間,依配方設計可使產品分別具有高回彈性、吸震性、耐磨性、耐油、耐撕裂、耐化學腐蝕及耐輻射等性能。客戶可依產品需求調整配方,製成多樣化的產品。
● 適用範圍: 汽車工業、建築材料、鞋類底材、合成革、醫療器材及運動器材等產業。
● 優勢: 產品多元化,涵蓋大部分的市場需求,客戶可依照自身的加工方式及需求,選擇預聚合物自行搭配硬化劑,也可選擇整套搭配好的組合。

01MDA / 4,4-METHYLENE DIANILINE

4,4’-二胺基二苯甲烷(MDA)為芳香族雙氨,具有氨(Amine)官能基,易與異氰酸鹽及環氧基反應,可使用於聚氨酯預聚物(PU Prepolymer)、環氧樹脂(Epoxy Resin)產品,作為架橋和硬化的功能。
在室溫下為淺黃色片狀晶體。它僅微溶於水,但在醇等有機溶劑中溶解良好。環氧樹脂與硬化劑反應後其產品具備以下優良特性:
● 硬化時無揮發物產生,由於反應時收縮率小,故尺寸安定性佳。
● 高硬度,高彈性,優良的耐磨性。
● 很大的熱穩定性,耐溶劑性,和絕緣性。
● 與金屬,木材,水泥,陶瓷,玻璃等附著力強。
● 高儲存穩定性。

022-CHLOROANLINE

4,4’-亞甲雙(2-氯苯胺),通稱MOCA。MOCA具有氨(Amine)官能基易與異氰酸鹽及環氧基反應,傳統上即用於聚氨酯預聚物(PU Prepolymer)當架橋劑,能同時兼顧加工性及物性。
SM的外觀為顆粒狀,顆粒均勻易加熱熔解。 LM為液態,冬天時亦不會結晶析出,故加工時可直接使用,不需再熔解,可節省能源及工時,且色澤可維持均一。以上產品皆無粉末、無刺鼻味道,故操作環境安全性高。

光啟始劑是化學化合物當暴露於光的時候,分解成自由基。在工業中,光啟始劑主要用於促進聚合反應。除了光啟始劑的特殊配方樹脂和吸附從紫外線的高強度UV光固化儀器後,樹脂將產生自由基或離子,這將引發聚合,交聯和接枝反應。樹脂(UV塗料,油墨,粘合劑等)可在幾秒鐘內從液體轉移到固體。
